Annual Meeting Minutes: Are published on this site under the HOA Document Link.Please note: The Association has a new landscaping company and pest control company.The pest control company comes bi-monthly, and if you approach them they will spray inside your unit for an additional fee.

Important Parking Notice

• ALL vehicles must be removed from parking areas by Sunday, March 1
• Vehicles may be parked on the road or in alternate approved areas
• Traffic cones will be placed to restrict driveway access during the work period
• Vehicles left in restricted areas may delay work or impact the project scheduleDELIVERIES:
Residents are asked to refrain from scheduling package deliveries (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.) during the sealcoating period. Additional information regarding mail and trash service will be provided if applicable.
